I had an issue with my order, but they handled the refund and replacement really quickly with no back-and-forth hassle. compared to a few other companies I’ve dealt with, this was way smoother and less frustrating.

I’d been looking for these rare plants for months and somehow Logee's actually had them. Isn’t that the best feeling when you finally find something you thought you’d never come across? Ordering was easy, shipping was quick, and everything looked healthy when it arrived. What more can you really ask for?

The plant arrived looking healthy and happy, so no complaints there!!! But the cultivar looks a little different than what I was expecting from the label/photos?? Not a huge deal, but it definitely made me wonder if it was labeled correctly...

They kept me updated the whole time and got back to my question really quickly. Communication was simple and clear, so I never had to guess what was going on. my only regret is not ordering from them sooner.

I was kinda nervous about ordering plants with the weather being all over the place lately, but Logee’s did a really good job packing them. The heat pack and insulation definately helped because everything showed up looking healthy, not frozen or smashed up. Shipping took a few days, but thats no big deal. Really glad I added the weather protection...

Got my order from Logee’s. Packaged well, no damage, plant was alive and the roots looked good. So that part was all fine. It was just smaller than I had pictured from the photo. Not bad, just… not quite as mature as I thought it would be.
It’s been a few weeks now and it’s growing, slowly but steady. No real complaints. I’d probably order again, just would pay closer attention to the size info next time instead of going mostly by the picture.

It took a bit longer than I was expecting, but it showed up fine in the end. Not terrible, just wish it had gotten here a litle faster.

So, I had mealybugs show up on my hibiscus, i wasn’t totally sure what to do at first. I reached out to Logee’s and they were, like, really helpful in walking me through it. The advice was clear and not overly complicated, which I appreciated because I didn’t want to make things worse. My plant is, thankfully, looking a lot better now. I’d definitely buy from them again

I really like the plants on Logees and found a few things I wanted, but for some reason the checkout process was more annoying than it needed to be. My cart kept acting weird and loading strangely, and it took a couple tries before I could even get to the payment page.

I ordered from logees i wasn’t not impressed with how well everything was packed. The plants were wrapped up snug, the soil stayed put in the pots, and nothing looked all beat up from the trip.
The box had plenty of padding and there wasn’t nothing sliding around in there. You can tell they actually care about how the plants show up. Easy 5 stars from me.
